Set your range, choose how many numbers you need and draw them — with unique values, decimal places and sorting if you want. The randomness comes from your browser, so nothing is sent to a server.

Your numbers
Set your range and click Generate numbers — the result appears here.
Randomness
The numbers come from your browser's cryptographically secure random generator (Web Crypto API) — the same source that creates encryption keys, not a predictable pseudo-random formula.
Every value in the range has exactly the same chance: values are accepted by rejection sampling, so there is no bias towards low or high numbers.
Nothing is drawn on a server, nothing is stored and nothing is logged — the results only exist on your device until you close the tab.
How to Generate Random Numbers
This random number generator draws numbers from any range you define. Enter a minimum and a maximum, say how many numbers you need, and click Generate numbers — you get the result instantly. Optional settings cover the cases people actually hit in practice: switch on unique numbers when you are drawing winners or lottery-style picks and want no duplicates, pick 1 to 3 decimal places when whole numbers are too coarse, and sort the output ascending or descending when you need a tidy list instead of draw order. Every draw is logged only in your browser: you can copy the list or download it as a text file, and the randomness is provided by the Web Crypto API, so the values are suitable for anything from a quick decision to a raffle. Nothing is uploaded, no account is needed and no result is stored on a server.
